On August 15, 1990, David Johndrow co-founded Medical Claim Corp. to develop comprehensive claim editing and transmission programs for all types of medical providers. Over the years, MCC had to chose whether to gear the business to best serve the insurer’s needs or the provider’s needs. MCC has always chosen to concentrate on serving medical providers. Many other clearinghouses chose to focus mainly on insurance companies and never fully provide support and services aimed to maximize provider satisfaction. Medical providers have always been and will always be MCC’s primary focus.
We are one of only a few of the country’s claim clearinghouses certified by the premier certification authority, the Electronic Health Network Accreditation Commission (www.EHNAC.org). Since its inception, MCC has experienced consistent annual growth through client referrals.
